It has been just over a month since we launched The Accessible Guide and the feedback has been exceptional, and was something we didn’t anticipate. As we are based in Liverpool, our initial plan was to focus on the Liverpool City Region and Chester areas, but we will now open this to businesses across the North West. The pandemic has set us back by around 19 months and we feel this is the right step to make at the right time.
By including more businesses and organisations across the region, we will be able to create more opportunities for inclusion. Since we founded the Company, our objective has always been to use digitial technology to create genuine opportunities for inclusion. This is why The Accessible Guide uses factual information that will enable users to find businesses and venues that meet their individual access requirements.
If your business is based in the North West of England, in counties such as Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside, and your venue/business is accessible to disabled people then we want to hear from you. We showcase businesses such as bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, music venues, sports venues, leisure complexes and retail complexes, whilst also including places such as cathedrals, libraries and public buildings.
We also showcase charitable and not-for-profit organisations that provive services and activities for dissabled people.
Ensuring your business is listed couldn’t be easier. For details of the information we require to complete a listing please visit our ‘Get Listed‘ page. If you have any queries or would like any further information then please do not hesitate to contact us.
